Middletown approves Rail To Trail project; readies amendments for Franklin Mint site

Middletown Council unanimously approved a land development plan for the Chester Creek Rail-to-Trail project. This means 2.8 miles of an unused SEPTA rail line, from Creek Road to Lenni Road, will be converted into a ten-foot-wide trail open to the community for walking, jogging and biking.
