Advocates against domestic violence lobby lawmakers for changes in WV

Women's advocates want to expand protective orders to victims of stalking and sexual violence and to make it a crime to prevent a victim from calling 911. They also want to make it illegal to traffic children or adults by forcing them into labor or prostitution, a crime in most other states.
